In keeping with our continued commitment to invest in state-of-the-art technology, ARCHITECTURAL GRILLE is proud to introduce the addition of the Amada 6000kw Fiber Laser to the equipment line-up at the Brooklyn facility.
Fiber laser technology utilizes a laser beam that is created using solid-state laser diodes which are then delivered to the cutting head via fiber-optic cable. With an innovative motion system, the LCG AJ Series Amada Laser provides a balance of power, cut speed, positioning, acceleration and overall accuracy.
With the addition of this new technology, ARCHITECTURAL GRILLE can achieve over 4 times faster cutting times, higher cutting accuracy on a 5’x10’ table, a wider array of materials (Brass, Copper and Titanium), and thicknesses that were previously difficult to cut with older CO2 technology. Fiber laser cutting is also a greener technology - With less electricity usage, cutting with fiber is better for the environment!
