Junior Machine Technician
Job Description
We are currently seeking to add a Junior Machine Technician to our growing team. This hands-on position will provide support to the Senior Machine Technician and the Factory Manager in performing maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and operating systems.

We are currently seeking to add a Junior Machine Technician to our growing team. The hours will be either 6:30AM – 3:00PM or 9:00AM – 5:30PM.
This hands-on position will provide support to the Senior Machine Technician and the Factory Manager in performing maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and operating systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Opening or closing the facility and associated properties
- Working with the Senior Machine Technician and Factory Manager
- Assist with supervising staff in the maintenance department
- Assist in the repair and installation of plant machinery
- Assist with hands-on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance and repair for all machinery, equipment, and tooling
- Performing daily tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing machinery, and operating systems, to ensure the smooth running of the facility
- Operating a forklift, scissor jack, and other machinery in the moving of material or equipment
- Submitting appropriate reports to the management team
- Performing other duties requested by the Senior Machine Technician & Factory Manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Prior experience with industrial manufacturing equipment or maintenance work
- Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and follow basic machine and safety instructions.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal work hours, including weekends if needed.
- Must be neat, organized, and eager to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
Introductory Period: 90 Days
